For the 6th Time, brightfin Makes the Inc. 5000 List

Inc. magazine revealed the 2020 Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.  brightfin (Formerly Mobile Solutions) is proud to be part of this elite group, with a three-year revenue growth of 108%, earning the rank of 3,460. This is Mobile Solutions 6th consecutive time on the Inc. 5000 and is a testament to the hard work and commitment from each of its teams.

The Inc. 5000 represents nearly 40 years of exceptional American growth stories and this year’s set of winners place the bar very high indeed. Companies that made the list, on average, have grown six-fold since 2016. During a stretch when the economy grew just 15 percent, that’s a result most businesses could only dream of.

Not only have the companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists as well. The 2020 Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for over 1 million jobs over the past three years.

This is Mobile Solutions 6th time on the Inc. 5000. While the numbers speak for themselves, they attribute their growth to a culture that strives for excellence. Of the tens of thousands of companies that applied for the Inc. 5000 over the years, only a fraction have made the list more than once. With only 4 percent of companies making the list 5 times, and an even smaller percentage making the list 6 times.

Methodology

The 2020 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2016 and 2019. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2016. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2019. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2016 is $100,000; the minimum for 2019 is $2 million.
