Centennial, CO – Denver Business Journal has released their 2019 Best Places to Work, highlighting companies in the Denver area who are changing the way we think about work. These companies are rewriting the script, providing a platform for their employee’s voices to be heard and establishing a people-first culture. This year’s Best Places to Work is the biggest yet with expanded categories and 86 winners!

Each nominated company was judged by the people who know their company best: the employees. They completed a comprehensive engagement survey which measures 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. In order to gather statistically sound results, companies must reach a minimum level of employee participation, based on total number of employees, to be eligible.
