Overview
This release is built from hundreds of conversations with admins, approvers, and operators who asked for faster day-to-day work, clearer insight, and tighter alignment with ServiceNow best practices. In 25.10 we’ve focused on the fundamentals you told us matter most, reporting you can actually use, automation that’s easier to maintain, a cleaner ordering experience, and deeper carrier and fixed-telecom support. So teams spend less time chasing data and more time moving work forward.
Foundation
Advanced Reporting & Home Page Customization
We enhanced the Home page with a richer report library—Savings Summary, Cost by Providers, Cost by Countries, Late Payment Fees, Inventory History, Average Cost per Service (history), and more—each available in monthly or quarterly views. The Home page is now fully configurable: pick your reports, reposition and resize tiles, and switch chart views.
Why it matters
- Faster access to the metrics admins use most
- Personalization for different roles and workflows
- Flexible layouts to match team priorities
Localization: Polish, Spanish, Portuguese
We added first-class localization support for Polish, Spanish, and Portuguese. Machine translation is integrated to accelerate coverage and keep terminology consistent.
Why it matters
- Better accessibility for global teams
- A more consistent, high-quality user experience across regions
Activity Overview Dashboard
A new, interactive dashboard consolidates operational health on one page—Open Audit Tasks, Disputes, Requests, Missing Invoices, Past-Due/Rejected Invoices, and more. Create custom indicators from Audit and Data Quality Rules or via queries to Invoice, Accounts, Services, and Fulfillment tables. Each user can configure their own widgets.
Why it matters
- Real-time, centralized visibility into operations
- Faster issue detection and resolution
- Less manual effort with drill-downs to details and configurable KPIs
Workflow → Flow Designer Migration
We are migrating processes from ServiceNow Workflow to Flow Designer across Foundation and parts of Mobile, aligned with ServiceNow best practices. In 25.10 we migrated: foundation and invoice processing workflows, UEM sync and UEM actions, Suspend-to-Disconnect provider action, and the Return Device request flow. More to come next version.
